Advent Calendar 2024

We always like a little soul music in the Advent Calendar, and so the B-side of The Impressions' 1964 hit single, Amen, is today's selection. Long, Long Winter, written and featuring a lead vocal by the late great Curtis Mayfield, was even a minor hit in its own right, reaching the Top 40 on Billboard's R&B chart.
