Advent Calendar 2023

I love Wizzard's 1973 single I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday, but because of its ubiquity it's not eligible for inclusion in my Advent Calendar. But did you know that only a few months later Wizzard released the almost as fab Rock 'n' Roll Winter? And did you know that its full title is Rock 'n' Roll Winter (Loony's Tune)? And that Loony refers to singer Lynsey de Paul, Wizzard mastermind Roy Wood's girlfriend at the time? Well, now you know.
