The Complete Studio Recordings

Published April 03, 2010 | MORE DETAILS »

The concept of The Complete Studio Recordings was to include ABBA's eight studio albums - with bonus tracks - along with a ninth disc of rarities, to end up with a complete survey of each and everyone of the group's released studio recordings.

The box set also contained a DVD of ABBA's videos along with a DVD featuring a documentary and live performances from the 1981 Dick Cavett Meets ABBA television special. Finally, there was one booklet of lyrics and one featuring a timeline of significant career events.

The original edition of The Complete Studio Recordings sold out almost immediately. It has now been deleted and will never be manufactured again, although you may find copies through the links to the right.

A simpler version of the box set - containing the nine CDs only - was subsequently released in Denmark. This is now also deleted.
